Pine Mt.
March 2nd.
Dearest Papa,
Will you make a deposit of $250 (of my own income) for me at the Charles River Trust Co. I had to pay some checks at Louisville which ran me low. Thank you.
How splendid about Tuk’s position for next year!! I had no idea that that was pending - What a happy solution for everybody! How she’ll love being with Miss Thompson and (p.2) the others, and helping to run the Shakespeare plays, etc. Think of her being a co-teacher with Miss Berube!
But best of all, think of having her firmly fixed at home ! I know how rejoiced you must be – no fear now of another bad daughter running off somewhere!
I’m so glad
A heartful of love
from your
Bun.
