| Description |
Français : Changement d'état d'un corps pur à pression constante. Entropie en fonction de l'enthalpie. La courbe bleue ABC du solide et la courbe CDE orange du liquide sont concaves. Cependant entre B et D la courbe de l'entropie ABCDE est convexe. Les branches BC et CD sont métastables. Pour conserver la concavité de l'entropie, le corps pur change d'état et passe par le segment gris BD. La courbe d'équilibre de phases stables est la courbe ABDE, qui ne passe pas par C. |
