English: In September 1925, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer ran an article about Flaming Geyser Park, near Auburn, and its unique gas-bubbling spring. At that time, the privately-owned facility provided campsites, camp stoves, a swimming pool fed by the Green River, restrooms and round picnic tables cut from six-foot sections of fir trees. This photo shows a car at the entrance to Flaming Geyser Park, east of Auburn, Washington. According to the sign near the entrance booth, admission was 25 cents for adults, and adult campers also paid 25 cents per night. Children could visit or camp free of charge if they came with their parents. Written on negative: Motor log to Flaming Geyser
