| Description |
Deutsch: Der RE 4251 war am 25. Juni 2016 unterwegs von Koblenz nach Frankfurt. Zwischen Oberwesel und Bacharach entgleiste um 5:38 Uhr der vordere Zugteil infolge eines Murgang. Aufräumarbeiten: Firma Westnetz muss ein parallel zum Gleis verlaufendes Glasfaserkabel neu gespleißt werden. Das Kabel wurde vom entgleisten Zugteil durchtrennt.
English: The German RE 4251 was on its way from Koblenz to Frankfurt on 25 June 2016. Between Oberwesel and Bacharach at 5:38 a.m. the front part of the train derailed due to a debris flow. Clean-up work: The Westnetz company has to re-splice a fibre optic cable running parallel to the track. The cable has been cut through by the derailed train section. |
