Deutsch: Tafel mit Erklärung zur historischen Bolzenpresse an der Hagener Straße in Ennepetal-Voerde

In der Fa. Carl August Bauer (Gründung 1869) war diese Maschine zur Herstellung von größeren Landmaschinenteilen im Einsatz.
Angetrieben mittels Treibriemen über Transmission zur Friktionswelle, wurde im stehenden Maschinenkörper durch eine dreigängige Flachgewindespindel mit kegeliger Reibscheibe der Schlitten mit Bronzemutter auf- und abwärtsbewegt.
Die erhitzten Stäbe wurden auf dieser Presse mittels Kontergewicht von unten nach oben gestaucht.
In dieser Maschine wurden z.B. die Köpfe von 6 Bolzen/Minute gefertigt.
