The embroidered case has thick embroidered borders on the upper half, and an intricate oval pattern of branches and leafs. There is a cross with a border and four buttons in the middle. At the bottom, there is a figure of a saint stretching its hands at his side. He is wearing a gown and stands on top of an oval with curved pattern inside of it.
