Description
Español: También conocido como "La Serpiente Emplumada”, Quetzalcóatl era uno de los dioses más importantes de las culturas mesoamericanas. Una mezcla de pájaro y serpiente, cuyo nombre es una combinación de las palabras en náhuatl “quetzal” que significa pájaro emplumado esmeralda, y “coatl” que significa serpiente. El origen de esta deidad se remonta a la cultura tolteca y representaba la dualidad entre la condición física del hombre, por su cuerpo de serpiente y su parte espiritual, por sus plumas.
