Description Artículo sobre el role que el Ferrol y las Rías Gallegas deberían desempeñar en la península Ibérica y el continente europeo publicado por el diario ferrolano El Correo Gallego con fecha 19 de Marzo de 1897. Sorprendentemente, en la actualidad, es precisamente el role que en este articulo se describe el que debería desempeñar el nuevo superpuerto ferrolano en el contexto de la Unión Europea. De manera que, a pesar de haber sido redactado y publicado hace más de un siglo, sigue teniendo una actualidad total.
