Description

Eigerøy fyrstasjon ble opprettet i 1854 som et kystfyr. Fyrtårnet, som var landets første støpejernstårn, ble bygget på Bærums Verk og levert i seksjoner som ble skrudd sammen på Eigerøy. Tårnet er 32.9 meter høyt og rødmalt, med et hvitmalt belte rundt midten. Innvendig er det foret med murstein.
