Ich schwere daß ich in aller meiner liegenden und fahrenden Haab und Gütern oder schulden, soviel nicht vermag, daß ich die zu meiner Sache gehörige notdürfttige Brieffe, auch meinen Advocaten und Procuratorn ihre mühe nicht bezahlen noch belohnen kan, auch ümb leistung willen dieses Eides, meiner Haab und Güter gefährlicher weise nicht Veräußert, noch anderen vergeben habe, und so ich meine Sache mit Recht erhalte, oder sonsten zum besten Vermögen kommen, daß ich alß dann einen jeden, nach seinem gebühr, ehrbarliche bezahlung thun will, Getreülich und Ungefehrlich, Alß mir Gott helffe und sein Heiliges Wort.
