Eyd, daß ich in dieser Sache, worin ich itzo befraget werden und Zeugnis geben soll, die rechte lautere Wahrheit, so mir davon wißend und ich mich besinnen mag, fur beyde Partheyen, keiner zur lieb oder zu leyd, ohne Vermischung einiger Falschheit, aussagen wolle, und das nicht lassen wolle, weder um Freundschaft, Feindschaft, Gunst, Haß, Neid, Furcht, Gabe oder Nutz, noch sonsten einiger ander Ursache willen, wie des Menschen Sinn erdenken mag, ohne Gefehrde, als mir Gott helfe und sein h. Wort.
