From the book- ""Cabin-rest," the colonial home of Edwin L. Moon, 1355 Neil Avenue. Probably no residence in the city attracts more universal notice than the Colonial home of Mr. E.L. Moon. The house contains nine large rooms and is as perfect and complete as modern ideas can formulate, combining elegance and comfort. The interior finish is highly polished Mississippi Cypress. The floor plans were original with Mr. Moon and the design is the work of Elah Terrell & Co. This is considered the finest cottage home in Columbus." The home still stands as a private residence. |
