Description
Português: A Novabase surge em 1989 como softwarehouse, especialista em desenvolvimento à medida e integradora de sistemas. A Novabase foi a primeira empresa portuguesa, desta área, a ser certificada pelo IPQ – Instituto Português da Qualidade.


Em 2000, a Octal juntou-se à Novabase que teve um forte crescimento orgânico e através de aquisições, em que se destacam a GE Capital IT Solutions Portugal (final de 2002) e a Technotrend (2º trimestre de 2004).


Actualmente as áreas de negócio que a Novabase endereça correspondem às suas áreas de negócio: Consulting, Infrastructures & Managed Services e Digital TV. Possui ainda uma actividade de Corporate Venture designada por Capital.


Hoje, a Novabase é a empresa portuguesa líder em soluções de negócio baseadas em Tecnologias de Informação. O seu volume de negócios em 2007 foi de 313,2 Milhões de Euros.


A Novabase encontra-se cotada na Euronext Lisboa desde Julho de 2000.
