Description
English: Lt. Cmdr. Casey Mahon and U.S. Ambassador Ted Taylor attend a ribbon cutting ceremony opening the new East Coast Highway, as honorary guests for Pacific Partnership 2011. The highway was built by the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a U.S. foreign aid agency. Pacific Partnership is a five-month humanitarian assistance initiative that will make port visits to Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and the Federated States of Micronesia.
