DescriptionEA-6A prototype NAN6-63.jpg | The prototype of the Grumman EA-6A Intruder ECM aircraft. Two origInal A2F-1s were modified as A2F-1Q. BuNo 147865 was used as an aerodynamic prototype, and A2F-1 BuNo 148618 was used as the electronic prototype. 148618 flew for the first time on 16 April 1963, by which time it had been redesignated EA-6A. 147865 is on display at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina (USA), 148618 was (in the 1990s) on display at NAS Key West, Florida (USA). |
