Description
Français : Diagrammes des duplications différentes entre elles en fonction des doublons du même codon des gènes des tRNAs. Ici le diagramme est celui du total des génomes pour chaque codon de 79 eucaryotes. La base de données des gènes est celle de gtRNAdb [1]. Le tableau numérique du diagramme est dans l'annexe Total des génomes par codon, corrélations et indices des doublons sous le nom de Ee-tg. La méthode de calcul du remplacement des effectifs excessifs est faite par la moyenne des 4 proches voisins après tri. L'annexe appartient à l'article Genèse et duplication des gènes des tRNA. Cet article est en cours de préparation.
