Summary[edit]

Description

22 September 2016. A pile of assorted rubbish and a fridge-freezer on the pavement in High Road, Tottenham London N17. Near the "Pride of Tottenham" pub and Scotland Green.

I suggest that everyone concerned - Haringey Council Leader, the Chief Executive, Veolia the Council's waste contractors - should all attend a Black Tie dinner, make self congratulatory speeches and proudly bestow awards on one another.

Perhaps an OBE for Our Beautiful Environment?
