| Description |
English: Dual carriageway to Llywel Leaving the army land, the Tirabad to Llywel road drops down to Llywel on a single-track dual-carriageway, if that is not an oxymoron. The road to the left appears to be the original lane. Sometime after the army arrived the amount of their traffic using this lane grew, as this is their main access to the training area from the A40. So a new lane was created on the right, thus widening the road but avoiding the need to remove the hedge. It continues for nearly two kilometres. It is well known in motor rallying circles, where spectator directions to stages on the Epynt often refer to "use the Llywel dual-carriageway" or words to that effect. |
