Description
Dansk: Illustration af Poul Steffensen til Carit Etlars roman Dronningens Vagtmester, der foregår under den Anden Karl Gustav-krig i 1658-1660. Ib Abelsøn har ødelagt en bro over Tryggevælde Å, for at han og gøngehøvdingen Svend Poulsen kan slippe væk fra nogle svenske ryttere. Rytterne må så tage en omvej via den næste bro ved vandmøllen. Tam og hans onde kone Kulsoen bor i et bøsseskuds afstand fra vandmøllen.
English: Illustration by Poul Steffensen from the Danish novel Dronningens Vagtmester by Carit Etlar which takes place during the Dano-Swedish War in 1658-1660. Ib Abelsøn has destroyed a bridge over the stream Tryggevælde Å so that he and Svend Poulsen, Gøngehøvdingen, can escape from a group of Swedish horsemen. The horsemen then has to take a detour via the next bridge at the watermill. Tam and his evil wife Kulsoen lives near the watermill.
