St. Peter's Church (Church of Ireland), Peter's Hill, Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland


English: Coat of arms of the Shegog family with the motto VIRTUTE AC FIDELITATE at the bottom of the monument in memory of Frederick York Shegog Esqr, M.D., who served as surgeon in the 88th Regiment during the Crimean War and fell victim to the cholera near Varna, Bulgaria, on 27 August 1854. The arms are discussed in Séamus Bellew, Drogheda Churches: Heraldry and Memorial Inscriptions.
