Description
English: Horizontal format design for a painted ceiling. In the center is a rosette, supported by four supports rising obliquely from the corners, each consisting of a base, two columns, and a winged bust upon a base as a crest. Between the columns stand putti upon pedestals. Women sit upon the corners of the base. In the center of the sides are pavilions with statues of goddesses; women sit beside. Outside is a framing border consisting of oblongs with representations of putti, and circular oblique representations of the figures of women in the corners. An oblong with a classical representation as the decoration of a part of the frieze of the room is shown.
