English: Decoration for vaulted ceiling. Fret band and frame subdivided into nine panels. Lower rows: quadrangular panels decorated with flying genii; central panel shows seated woman and putto. Top row: triangular panels decorated with wreaths and masks. Inscribed in ink, above drawing: Camera da letto. In right corner, sketch in octagonal panel; Cornelia sitting in room with two standing figures. Inscribed above, in ink: corneglia madre dei/ grachi. Verso: sketch with variation of decoration. Below, one more framing frieze with rinceaux. Central panel, second row: Venus with putto holding looking-glass. Bottom row: panels decorated with dancing women and children beside candelabrum.
