Track road to Waipakale village from Kapusmanda
Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: This is a bush foot track that leads to Waipakale village of Kokas in Kandep District. Such drain road are typical of locations in Kandep where residential areas are close-by. Also this type of drain road are made to allow mud to flow through without settling as typical of flat surfaces. Kandep is a district which has water table just not too deep,thus, during rainy seasons, you will see soil being saturated eventually flooding the low-lying areas.
Using local knowledge, the locals dig trench as passageway for people to walk through. |
