| Description |
Simple English: This image shows the charging of a normal capacitor in the top row and the charging of a capacitor with a solution in the bottom row. The capacitor with solution shows the positively charged ions attaching to the negatively charged electrode. This layer of positive ions then lightly attracts negatively charged ions in the solution. The positive electrode follows this same trend, only it attracts negatively charged ions. |
