English: The house believed by the historians to be the former residence of the Princess Salme's in stone town ,Zanzibar .
While living in Stone Town she became acquainted with her neighbour, a German merchant, Rudolph Heinrich Ruete who later married her. The house nowadays is used as a Government office located in stone town area . |
