Description
English: AFA 2010 Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley delivers his keynote speech during the opening morning of the Air Force Association's Air & Space Conference and Technology Exposition, Sept. 13, 2010, in National Harbor, Md. In concluding his speech, Secretary Donley discussed the world we live in today and how to ensure the Air Force remains well-postured for what tomorrow brings.
