Summary
[edit]DescriptionDitton Park radio van rear view.jpg |
English: Interior of the Morris van used by the Radio Research Group as a portable radio receiver station. This van would later be used in the Daventry Experiment to demonstrate the fact that aircraft effected radio signals, and thus led to the creation of radar in the UK. This image is one of three taken by Arnold Wilkins around 1933. |
