44 Die Entwicklung des Zentralnervensystems. In letzterem, sowie in der Mittelliirnbasis finden sich keinerlei Kommissiiren- fasern. Ein großer Teil der Neuroblasten des ventralen Rantenhirns sind Wurzelzellen. Von der Rüekenmarksg-renze ab ^ bis in die Nähe der Gehör- blase folgen sich die Wurzelbtindel der ventral austretenden Hypoglossus- reihe und der dorsolateral gelegenen Reihe vom Accessorius, motorischen Vagus und Glossopharyngeus. Ihnen entsprechen die zugehörigen Nerven- kerne, von denen der des Hypoglossus stellenweise schon recht ansehnlich

Der Hypoglossuskern wird von kräftigen Zügen von Bogenfasern durchsetzt und umgriffen, die medialwärts in die vordere Kommissur eintreten. Sie entstammen Neuroblasten der ventralen Mark- hälfte, die zum Teil verschränkt mit den Hypoglossuszellen liegen. Dorsal- wärts vom Hypoglossuskern folgen Zellen, die ihre Fasern an die Accesso- riusreihe abgeben. Auch diese haben, bevor sie zur Oberfläche umbiegen, den Charakter von Bogenfasern. Über der Austrittsstelle der Accessoriusfasern liegt der Markoberfläche ein Längsbündel an, in das der N. vagus und N. glossopharyngeus mit
