Summary[edit]

Description
English: There are not too many photos of inside the old stores. This one taken in the early 1980s looks out to Highway 41 in Northbrook form the counter of the Delibrook dairy bar. Dick Hook Jr is likely waiting for a milkshake or a piece of pie.

Notice the old Bank of Montreal across the street. The Delibrook was tore down in 1985 to make room for the new Freshmart built by Richard and Olive Hook (later to become IGA and then Foodland).
