Description
English: The close-in weapon system fires 20mm rounds during detect-to-engage exercises aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA-5). Peleliu is the lead ship in the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm. Hugh Wetherald, and is conducting joint forces exercises in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
