The International Congress of Physicians and Scientists who met last October in Washington, D.C., made known the fact that Seattle has the lowest death rate...Wea are pleased to have helped in making this the healthiest city by reason of having furnished the major portion of the materials used in the construction of its sewer systems and in the paving of its streets.
