Description
Tall, egg-shaped Kakiemon vase with a wide, somewhat protruded mouth and a bell-shaped lid with flattened knob. Decoration in blue, red, yellow, aubergine and blue-green enamel, divided into three fields, each containing two figures with a fan and an umbrella standing next to flowering plants on top of a rock. The fields are framed by bands of thick blue vines with red flowers. The lid is derorated with similar fields. Edo period.
