English: main view of the cellular and molecular responses of the human organism with viral infection
Français : Lorsque des virus infectent des cellules, plusieurs cellules du système immunitaire (dont les macrophages) alertent les lymphocytes B et T des ganglions. Les lymphocytes B et T spécifiques au virus se multiplient, faisant gonfler les ganglions. Les lymphocytes B vont fabriquer des Ac spécifiques qui, en se fixant sur les Ag viraux, vont permettre de neutraliser les virus libres. Les lymphocytes T vont se déplacer et vont détruire spécifiquement, par contact, les cellules infectées par le virus, empêchant celui-ci de se cacher et de se multiplier dans les cellules. L’infection virale sera ainsi, la plupart du temps, stoppée. |
