Description
English: Petty Officers 2nd Class Miguel Villarreal (left) and Tracy Anderson (right) load a chain of 20 mm ammunition into the forward Phalanx Close-in Weapon System mount aboard the guided missile destroyer USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) on Feb. 11, 1998. The McCain is operating in the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Southern Watch which is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Southern Iraq. Villarreal and Anderson are Navy fire controlman.
