Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Historic vessel cut up for scrap and removed by Merseyside Maritime Museum in 2024.
    • Apparently the proposal once she is gone is to create a Mausoleum type building in the bottom of the dock as a "Contemplation Space" of all things!

This isn't the first historic ship in the care of the Maritime Museum to be broken up. Some years ago the River Weaver cargoship which was in full working order was scrapped.
