Summary[edit]

Description

As our emergency call takers kick off a 24 hour tweetathon today, check out an archived photo of RADs (Resource Allocator and Despatchers). RADs perform a vital role in the force as they allocate officers to jobs and despatch them as and when needed.

They maintain a constant communication link with the officer to provide updates and advice as well as other useful information.
