English: Former seal of Dagupan City, used from 1948 to 2012. Compromise design based on the design specifications by the Philippine Heraldry Committee and the 1975 Symbols of the State, and in accordance to the rules of heraldry particularly in the proper use of tinctures (colors). Cebuano: Karaang selyo sa Dakbayan sa Dagupan, gigamit gikan tuig 1948 kutob tuig 2012. Kompromiso nga disenyo nga gibase sa espisipikasyon sa Philippine Heraldry Committee ug sa Symbols of the State nga gigula atong 1975, ug sumala sa sumbanan sa heraldika hilabi na sa tukmang paggamit sa mga kolor. |
