This media file has been nominated for deletion since 3 May 2024. To discuss it, please visit the nomination page.
Do not remove this tag until the deletion nomination is closed. Reason for the nomination: Out of scope: likely AI-generated (or AI-edited) paintings of historical leaders of Haiti. Notice in particular the bizarre mess of misshapen medals in portraits like File:Prince César Dessalines.jpg, File:Potrè Faustin anperé Ayiti.png, and File:Potrè Soulouque.png. Other images show more subtle signs of AI involvement, like the red and blue colors mysteriously appearing in the "engraving" File:Prens Cesar Dessalines, wa Lagonav.jpg or the abnormally photorealistic details in File:Potré Enperatris Marie Claire.jpg. The subject matter of these images is suspiciously similar to Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Chromjunuor and Commons:Deletion requests/File:General Nissage Saget of Haiti.jpg.
I realize that some of these images are currently in use, but there's clear reason to doubt that they're authentic, and all of them were inserted by an IP editor (probably the uploader) on a low-traffic wiki (htwiki). Unless someone can come forth with compelling evidence that these are real portraits, they should be removed.
