Summary[edit]

Description
English: Pottery is one of the oldest human inventions. The making of pottery in Africa began around the 7th millennium BC and continues to this day in the various regions of the continent. In most cases, pottery is made by women. Clay is worked on entirely by hand and shaped and fashioned into the desired shape and in this picture, it is shaped into pots.
