English: Electric locomotives of the electrified Diamonds Railway of Kolmannskop. Power was supplied by a 1.5 megawatt power plant in Lüderitz, at the time the largest electric power plant on the African continent. In 1915 during World War I the track was destroyed by the Union Defence Force. |
