Description
Deutsch: Wappen der ehemaligen Gemeinde Mehrum: „In Blau drei sechsstrahlige goldene (gelbe) Sterne im Verhältnis 2 : 1; in der Mitte ein nach oben offener goldener (gelber) Halbmond.“ Das Wappen ist das älteste und markanteste Symbol eines Geschlechtes, welches viele Jahrhunderte hindurch auf "Haus Mehrum" wohnte.
English: The arms show three stars six rays Or in ratio 2:1 in the middle one crescant Or on a blue shield. Its derived from the Lords of "Haus Mehrum".
