Object history
Deutsch: Hans von Hürnheim erhielt 1490 für Kirchheim von Kaiser Friedrich III. das Marktrecht. Seit 1491 war er Alleininhaber der Kirchheimer Güter. Kaiser Karl V. verlieh dem Ort 1544 ein Wappen, das den Ortsherren Hans Walther von Hürnheim als Ritter darstellt. Er war Feldhauptmann, Obrister der Landsknechte, kaiserlicher Rat und Truchsess. Er erreichte 1541 eine Befreiung von allen Gerichten mit Ausnahme des kaiserlichen Kammer- und Hofgerichts und des Rottweiler Hofgerichts. Im Jahr 1551 verkaufte er seinen gesamten Besitz in Kirchheim an Anton Fugger.
