Deutsch: Das Wappen der Gemeinde Heimborn wird durch einen blauen Wellensparren dreigeteilt, der den in der Gemarkung Heimborn gelegenen Zusammenfluss der "Kleinen Nister" und der "Großen Nister" zum Fluss "Nister" verdeutlichen soll. Es zeigt im unteren Teil einen roten Brunnen in Gold, dessen Ursprung wie schon im Eigennamen "Heimborn" enthalten, auf eine frühere Brunnenanlage im Ort hinweist. Begleitet wird er oben links von einem roten Helm auf goldenem Grund, der für das Geschlecht derer "von Holdinghausen" steht, die durch Eberhard von Lützelau dem Ortsteil Lützelau seinen Namen gegeben haben. Die Farben des Wappens Blau, Rot und Gold entsprechen denen des Wappens derer "von Holdinghausen", wodurch das Wappen geschichtlich begründet ist. Oben rechts ist ein roter Erlenzweig mit zwei Erlenfrüchten auf goldenem Grund abgebildet, der sinnbildlich für den Ortsteil Ehrlich steht, der aus dem früheren Namen für Erle - Irle - Irlich - Ehrlich entstanden ist. |
