Deutsch: In Rot eine silberne Kirche mit zwei sechseckigen Türmen, auf deren spitzen Dächern je ein silbernes Kreuz; zwischen den Türmen auf silberner Mondsichel in goldenem Strahlenkranz thronend die blau gekleidete, golden gekrönte und nimbierte Madonna, in der Rechten ein goldenes Zepter, mit der Linken den golden nimbierten nackten Jesusknaben haltend; unten, mit seiner oberen Hälfte in die Kirchenfront ragend ein ovaler gevierter Schild, worin Feld 1: Von Rot und Silber durch drei Spitzen geteilt, Feld 2 und 3: In Blau ein mit drei blauen Ringen belegter silberner Schrägbalken, Feld 4: In Blau eine schrägrechte rot-silbern gevierte Fahne an goldener Stange.

Object history
Deutsch: Das Siegelbild eines 1668 angefertigten Typars wurde im Jahr 1915 durch Festlegung der Farben zu einem Wappen gemacht. Die Kartusche zeigt das Wappen des Landesherrn, des Würzburger Bischofs Julius Echter von Mespelbrunn, der Hardheim 1613 das Siegelrecht verliehen hat. Die Flagge wurde vom Regierungspräsidium Nordbaden am 18. Juni 1953 verliehen.
