Deutsch: Vom rechten oberen Rand bis zum linken unteren Rand durchläuft ein Wellen­band das Gemeindewappen, mit dem das die Ortsgemeinde Bruchertseifen prä­gende Gewässer Nister dargestellt wird.

Die Ortsgemeinde Bruchertseifen gehörte zur früheren Grafschaft Sayn-Hachenburg. Im linken Abschnitt des Wappens erscheint daher das Wappentier - goldener leopardierter Löwe – auf rotem Grund. Im rechten Abschnitt des Wappens ist am unteren linken Rand das Berg­bau­symbol Hammer und Schlägel eingefügt, um an den in der Ortsgemeinde Bruchertseifen umgegangenen Bergbau, insbesondere die Grube „Güte Gottes“ in Bruchertseifen, zu erinnern. Der Bereich der Ortsgemeinde Bruchertseifen ist zu einem großen Teil be­waldet; eine weitere Prägung erfolgt durch die Landwirtschaft. Die Landwirt­schaft wird durch vier goldene Ähren, die weiter im rechten Abschnitt auf grünem Untergrund eingebracht wurden, symbolisiert.

Weiter verweisen die vier Ähren auf die vier zur Ortsgemeinde Bruchertseifen gehörenden Ortsteile Bruchertseifen, Haderschen, Hofacker und Langenbach. Der grüne Untergrund symbolisiert zudem Waldungen und die Landwirtschaft.
