Summary[edit]

Description
English: Rear of the D.C. Department of Housing and Community Services building on Good Hope Road SE in the Anacostia neighborhood of Washington, D.C. This area will be developed in 2010 as the terminus of the trolley line to run down Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE. The offramp from the southbound span of the 11th Street Bridges is beyond the white wall in the rear of the image. The offramp will be demolished in 2010-2011. A new, local-traffic-only bridge across the Anacostia River will be built, with a new on-and-off-ramp replacing the existing offramp. The elevated offramp from the southbound span to Interstate 295 southbound can be seen curving in the rear of the image.
