Description
Deutsch: Eine der Besonderheiten der zusammengewachsenen Grenzstädte Konstanz/Kreuzlingen ist das Gleisfeld der DB Netz AG in Kreuzlingen auf dem u. a. in Deutschland verkehrende Züge abgestellt werden, hier ein Doppelstockzug der DB Regio sowie 3 SBB RABe 521 Triebzüge, die für die SBB Deutschland GmbH die Leistungen des "Seehas" auf der Strecke Konstanz-Singen-Engen erbringen. Man unterscheidet hier zwischen Staatsgrenze und Infrastrukturgrenze, wobei letztere die Zuständigkeit der Betriebsführung regelt.
English: One of the special features of the border towns of Constance and Kreuzlingen, which have grown together, is the track field of DB Netz AG in Kreuzlingen, where trains travelling in Germany are parked, here a double-decker train of DB Regio and 3 SBB RABe 521 multiple units, which provide the "Seehas" services on the Constance-Singen-Engen line for SBB Deutschland GmbH. A distinction is made here between the national border and the infrastructure border, with the latter regulating the responsibility for operations management.
