Tiếng Việt: Điều 1: Thành lập Cơ quan Lưu trữ và Thư viện thuộc Bộ Quốc gia giáo dục của Chính phủ Nam triều.

Điều 2: Lưu trữ và Thư viện của Chính phủ Nam triều bao gồm:

Tài liệu lưu trữ và sử liệu của Sử quán;
Tài liệu lưu trữ của Nội các;
Tài liệu lưu trữ tại Tàng thư lâu;
Tài liệu lưu trữ của Viện Cơ mật;
Tài liệu lưu trữ của các Bộ, cơ quan ở kinh đô và các tỉnh;
Thư viện Bảo Đại.

Điều 3: Lưu trữ và Thư viện của Chính phủ Nam triều do Bộ trưởng Bộ Quốc gia giáo dục chỉ đạo về mặt hành chính và được đặt dưới sự giám sát của lưu trữ viên-cổ tự, quản thủ lưu trữ và thư viện An Nam với mức trợ cấp đặc biệt 1.200 đồng Đông Dương tương đương Cố vấn kỹ thuật và khấu trừ vào ngân sách của Chính phủ Nam triều.

Điều 4: Quản thủ Lưu trữ và Thư viện An Nam chịu trách nhiệm:

Thống kê toàn bộ tài liệu tại các kho lưu trữ để có phương án tổ chức và phân loại hợp lý.

Theo dõi tình trạng và bảo trì các tòa nhà lưu trữ;

Tập trung tài liệu thuộc các phông khác nhau về 1 kho duy nhất để bảo quản hiệu quả.
Trao đổi với các cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ Nam triều, thông qua Bộ trưởng Bộ Quốc gia giáo dục để có các tài liệu, thông tin và hỗ trợ cần thiết nhằm tổ chức và phân loại tài liệu lưu trữ.

Điều 5: Bộ trưởng Bộ Quốc gia giáo dục giao cho Quản thủ Lưu trữ và Thư viện An Nam các quan viên có bằng cựu học hỗ trợ và các Thừa phái đã hoàn thành kỳ thực tập tại Nha Lưu trữ và Thư viện.

Điều 6: Chi phí nhân sự và cơ sở vật chất phát sinh từ việc thi hành Dụ này được chi phí từ ngân sách của Chính phủ Nam triều.
