English: Horizontal rectangle. Cut paper with floral design with birds mounted on blue paper, on which is an inscription, framed in a carved silver wooden frame. Large curling ribbon at upper center of frame, from which hangs festoons of flowers that cross to the upper corners of the frame. Separate silver label with inscription.
