Location: Brisbane, Queensland
Description: Seven piece jazz band 'getting in the groove' in Brisbane, during the Christmas festivities. The violin in use is a Stroh violin. This band appeared in Louis Chauval's film, 'Greenhide' filmed in Brisbane. The Crystal Palace Theatre was situated at 321 Stanley Street, South Brisbane according to the Queensland Post Office Directory and was advertised as a dancing venue.
